Nghiem Luu is an Architect at Aedas Ltd in Vietnam.
He has six years of professional experience, and in the recent three years, he has been acting as the Project Architect and taking up leadership roles in project teams.
Nghiem is particularly experienced in schematic design and design development. He has been involved in both private and public residential, commercial buildings, hotel and resort developments.
Prior to joining Aedas, Nghiem was the Senior Architect of Phuc An Joint-Stock Co. Ltd. for Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction department; also Senior Architect for Tat & Associate Architects Design Co. Ltd. where he worked on prizewinning competitions and significant projects like Masterplanning for Dong Nai province’s Television Center, Center of
Commercial & Service Recreation of Phan Thiet City, Resort in Binh Thuan province, and many others.
Currently at Aedas, Nghiem is working on the Giang Vo - National Exhibition Center, and the VNPT Tower competition.


Significant Projects:

􀂃 Giang Vo - National Exhibition Center, Hanoi, Vietnam: on a site of 125 ha, with GFA 5.900.000 sq-m, comprises of a National exhibition center and trade areas, office and residence towers. Architect, 2008-Present.
􀂃 VNPT Tower Competition: located on a 20.587sq-m site, with GFA 83.817sqm, program includes central point for telecommunication and transaction in the whole country, with office towers, information and conference areas. Architect, 2008-Present.
􀂃 Master and Detail Plan Proposal for Television Centre, Dong Nai province, Vietnam: the development lies on a site with area of 6.8 hectares and a GFA of 13500m2. Project Architect, 2006.
􀂃 Co-op Mart Phan Thiet, Centre of Commercial, Service and Recreation of the city, Project Architect, 2005-2006.
􀂃 Youth Culture Centre at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, competition: 2nd Prize. Senior Architect, 2005.
